Baja California Roll


– 6 sheets nori
– 3 cups sumeshi
– 1 cup imitation crab
– 1 avocado
– 1 cucumber
– 1/2 cup mayonnaise
– 2 tsp Sriracha sauce


– Cook sushi rice.
– Cut the avocado in half, discarding the pit.
– Cut off the hard skin and discard.
– Slice the avocado into thin sticks.
– Mix the imitation crab, mayonnaise and Sriracha sauce.
– Cut cucumber into sticks.
– Roll the sushi, using the imitation crab mix, avocado and cucumber as your fillings.
– Enjoy!
